Collaboration
As designers, we don't have monopoly for good ideas. For me it is more about leading the discovery process, not working alone. Collaboration is key, creating an environment where all team members can share and work closely together. This not only benefits everyone, but also results in a greater variety of concepts and ideas to choose from. And it's more enjoyable for all involved.

Experimenting
“If it disagrees with experiment, it is wrong.” R. P. Feynman Testing is a crucial part of even the smallest project. Design is a complex process filled with uncertainties, making it impossible to anticipate every detail in the initial stages. That's why I prioritize creating clickable prototypes early on, as they offer more insight than static designs. Depending on the project, I may opt for a basic Figma prototype, use no-code tools for more realistic representations, or collaborate with developers to create advanced prototypes.

I think that creating awesome products requires a positive team environment. It's all about working together, learning from mistakes, and building strong relationships. Without that, it's hard to truly be invested in your work. For me, connecting with my colleagues is more important than following strict procedures. No amount of fancy project management techniques can make up for a lack of trust and communication. That's why I always aim to bring respect, honesty, and teamwork to every team I'm a part of.
